How Can joint Pain Along With Abdominal Discomfort Be Treated?

Hi, I am Abhijit,Age 36. Since last 6 years I have been suffering from joint pain and upset stomach. 4 months back I was diagnosed and Ankylosing arthritis was found. I was treated with Saaz 500 and Ejact 90 mg. Since last two weeks again recurrences of previous symptoms noticed. Kindly suggest.

Hello,

The abdominal discomfort is not related to your arthritis. You can take antacids like pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and get an ultrasound scan done.
